Credited against an approved repair; payable if you decide not to proceed.

Workshop & remote support

800 Kč / hour

Minimum 30 minutes (400 Kč), then 200 Kč per started 15 minutes. Workshop billing covers active work, not unattended installation or testing time.

Basic Windows reinstall

1,100 Kč

Includes drivers and updates. Windows licence, data backup and transfer are not included and are quoted separately.

On-site visit in Vizovice

1,100 Kč

Includes travel within Vizovice and the first hour. After that, 225 Kč per started 15 minutes (900 Kč/hour). Travel outside Vizovice is agreed beforehand.

Parts and additional licences are charged separately, with your approval. Data transfers, upgrades and more involved repairs are quoted individually.

Repair and setup price list

Hourly workshop and remote work: minimum 30 minutes (400 Kč), then 200 Kč per started 15 minutes. Only active work is billed, not unattended installation or testing. A task can take more than one hour; I agree an estimate before starting. These are final customer prices; I am not VAT registered.

Diagnostics

Fault finding and repair estimate. Credited against an approved repair; payable if you do not proceed.

Basic Windows reinstall

Windows installation, drivers and updates. Licence, backup and data transfer are separate.

Software and driver installation

Installation and configuration of agreed applications or drivers. Paid software licences are separate.

Virus check and malware removal

Scan, investigation and agreed cleanup. Reinstallation or data recovery, if required, is quoted separately.

Slow-computer troubleshooting

Startup, storage and software checks, followed by agreed improvements. Replacement hardware is separate.

Data transfer and backup

Copying agreed files from readable storage and checking the transfer. New storage and cloud subscriptions are separate.

Data recovery assessment

Initial assessment only, credited against approved recovery work. Recovery is quoted separately; success is not guaranteed. Physically damaged drives may need a specialist.

SSD, RAM and component installation

Compatibility checks, fitting and testing. Parts and data migration are separate.

Laptop cleaning and thermal paste

Assessment and agreed cleaning or repasting. Suitability depends on the model; replacement parts and additional materials are quoted beforehand.

Wi-Fi, printer and peripheral setup

Workshop or remote setup where suitable. Visits use the on-site rate below; hardware and subscriptions are separate.

New computer setup

Updates, user account and agreed application/peripheral setup. Licences, data transfer and hardware are separate.
